After many years working together, we realised that we had a unique blend of skills, the combination of which means we are able to offer specialised advisory and accountancy service to the hospitality industry.
Our excellent reputation in the industry goes before us and we are delighted to offer our knowledge and experince to new business.
Making a Difference
We felt we could make a difference, so in 2009, we set up the Hayhoe Webb Partnership, specialising solely in accounts, bookkeeping and business advice for hospitality businesses and the licensed trade, with loyal clients including pubs, restaurant, hotels, B&Bs and tourist attractions.
Paul’s practical knowledge as a hospitality insider, and many years’ experience of working with successful hospitality businesses, gives us a clear competitive edge over traditional accountants. Based in Berwickshire, Scottish Borders, we work with businesses around the country but in particular in Scottish Borders, East Lothian, and Northumberland.

Paul Hayhoe

Paul trained and worked as a pub manager for a major brewery in London, and then ran a successful relief management business in the Yorkshire Dales. Together with his wife, Betty, he later built up a prosperous small family hotel in Scotland over 14 years. His hospitality industry qualifications include the Royal Environmental Health Institute’s Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate, Paul also holds qualifications in management consultancy and training.
Paul qualified as an accounting technician (AAT) in 2005 and as a Licensed Member in Practice, his work is regulated on an annual basis through the AAT.
Paul is a hospitality industry insider with hands-on experience of the challenges and joys of running a hospitality business. He’s also very much a people person who pulls out all the stops to ensure his clients’ success.
